I agree with your ideas totally, as i indeed would also not want to pay taxes etc on people who cannot drink sensibly. Also if they cannot drink sensibly they should be prepared to pay the consequences such as costs for health services to help them get better. Overall this blog has a lot of information and puts your point across well.
