Masturbation

Masturbation is a sexual stimulation, mainly the persons own genitals. The stimulation is usually performed manually by touching the genital area or rubbing it to give pleasure. However people can also use a variety of sex toys (e.g. vibrators, rubber dolls, etc.) or even household items (e.g. pillows, etc.).

This act is considered a sin in the Catholic Church and also is very much frowned upon by others.
