Nuisance - loud music

Loud music is when someone plays there music loud enough for other people within the surrounding area to be able to hear it when they do not want to. This is called as a nuisance.

Such nuisance has been known to cause arguments between people and even break out into violence. People who suffer from nuisance caused by consistent loud music (i.e. blaring hi-fi system, rock concert, etc.) especially in the early hours and the late hours of the day may seek an injunction through the Courts in order to stop the nuisance from either happening or continuing.

Why do people carry on blasting out their music? Is it because they think it is cool? Or is it just to annoy everyone else? I sure love loud music but I certainly do not wish to be a nuisance!
